We will require your full personal particulars, details of parties, case details and supporting documents. This information should be provided at the beginning of the session.

Please note that while you can take notes during the legal consultation, you will NOT be allowed to record the session, whether in audio,  video  or any other form.

Clinic sessions are one-off. Registrants will NOT be eligible for a subsequent registration on the scheduled day.
